Chief of Staff
Stacie is the Chief of Staff with the Office of the District of Columbia Auditor (ODCA). In this role, she serves as the chief operating officer, overseeing the management of the facilities, procurement, human resources, and IT services. Stacie also is the agency’s training coordinator and ethics counselor.
Stacie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, and a Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C. Before joining ODCA, Stacie was General Counsel for the D.C. Board of Ethics and Government Accountability and, prior to that, the Assistant Inspector General for Investigations at the D.C. Office of the Inspector General. Prior to joining the District of Columbia government, Stacie worked in New York, first as a prosecutor and then as a criminal investigator.
