To be considered for an ODCA Analyst or Auditor position applicants will be asked to submit a writing skills assessment that will be issued upon receipt of your resume and cover letter. We typically hire for entry level Program Analysts positions and, as available, we fill positions at a more advanced level when candidates have previous experience in performance auditing and policy analysis. New hires are eligible for promotion after 12 months, depending on their progress, performance, and ability.
