Application process
Ready to join our audit team? To be considered for an ODCA Analyst or Auditor position, applicants are asked to submit an application, resume, and cover letter. Upon review, ODCA will contact qualified applicants to complete a writing skills assessment. We typically hire for entry level Program Analysts positions and as available we fill positions at a more advanced level when candidates have previous experience in performance auditing and policy analysis. New hires are eligible for promotion after 12 months, depending on their progress, performance, and ability.
