As an analyst at ODCA, Brittney is responsible for conducting audits and program evaluations of District government programs.
Prior to joining ODCA, Brittney spent nine years as a legislative analyst for the Office of the Secretary to the Council of the District of Columbia where she was responsible for the processing and review of all legislation being considered by the Council.
Brittney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in community development from Howard University. She also earned a Master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in strategic communication and public relations from Trinity University.
Outside of her work with ODCA, Brittney enjoys traveling, nature walks and spending time with family.
