Will is responsible for researching and analyzing District government policies. He also assists with education research.
Before joining ODCA in 2018, Will was a research and policy associate with the 21st Century School Fund. Will started his career as a teacher working in both D.C. Public Schools and a D.C. charter school as a social studies teacher.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from the College of William and Mary, a master’s degree in Teaching from American University and a master’s degree in Public Administration from American University.
When not working to improve the economy, efficiency, and accountability of the District government, Will enjoys going to Nationals games and riding his bike.will.per
