As an analyst for the Office of the D.C. Auditor, David is responsible for conducting audits and program evaluations of District government programs.
Before joining ODCA in 2023, David earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Georgetown University. While an undergraduate, he served as the president of Georgetown’s American Civil Liberties Union and completed his senior thesis entitled, “Homefield Disadvantage: The Diverging Views of Long-Term and Short-Term Residents on Stadium-Led Urban Transformation.” The research covered the social impacts of recent development in southwest D.C.
When not working to improve the economy, efficiency, and accountability of the District government, David enjoys attending concerts, playing basketball, and biking around the city.
