Abby is responsible for performing audits of District of Columbia policies, procedures, and operations.
Before joining ODCA, she was a research analyst at the West Virginia Legislature’s Performance Evaluation and Research Division. Abby is originally from West Virginia and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Concord University.
