As an Audit Supervisor, Ed is responsible for leading project teams and the training/professional development of colleagues who are new to the government oversight community of practice.
Before joining ODCA in 2023, Ed worked for nearly 20 years in the D.C. Office of the Inspector General’s Inspections and Evaluations Unit.
Ed earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Georgetown University, and an MBA from University of Maryland Smith School of Business.
When not working to improve the economy, efficiency, and accountability of the District government, Ed enjoys running and classic mysteries, both novels and movies.
