Megan is responsible for improving public safety and enhancing the effectiveness of public safety agencies in D.C.
Before joining ODCA in 2023, Megan was a management analyst in the D.C. Office of the Inspector General’s Inspections and Evaluations Unit.
Megan earned a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a Master’s degree in public administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
When not working to improve the economy, efficiency, and accountability of the District government, Megan enjoys learning to play tennis, crocheting, and exploring D.C. with her dog.
